These earrings are made from Recycled Aluminum by a group of women from the Lencan region of Honduras. They practice traditional, low temperature burnished pottery techniques to create these ethnic designs. The coop works to provide adequate food and nourishment for the artisans and their children, legal assistance, training and technical assistance, work organisation, financial assistance and marketing for commercial promotion of the traditional handicrafts.
