Global Girlfriend makes it easy and convenient for retailers to carry a line of ethically sourced handcrafted gifts and housewares from around the world. We are not simply re-sellers but offer a range of structured programs with great service.

Please note: Minimum opening order: $500 (for 8-sided jewelry tree); $850 (for small kiosk); $1250 (for 1-sided slatwall kiosk); $2500 (for 2-sided slatwall kiosk). Resale Certification & Payment

Global Girlfriend requires a copy of your Resale Certificate or equivalent Sales Tax Exemption document prior to shipment. Opening orders are Credit Card only, please provide your credit card number by calling us at 303-730-3680 or faxing us at 303-730-3628. If you would like to apply for Net 30 terms contact us. We will submit an inquiry on the above named account to our credit agency in order to make a determination on extending credit terms.

Payment terms:
All opening orders must be pre-paid by credit card only.  Net 30 Day terms are offered to those customers who meet our criteria according to the recommendation made by our credit agency. Those who do not meet those criteria, or do not have a record with our credit agency will remain on credit card terms.

Merchandising:
Please follow the MSRP indicated on the product label. Please leave the descriptive hang tags attached to the products. Please do not put products that are not Global Girlfriend products on the Global Girlfriend display.

Fixture:
The kiosk remains the property of Global Girlfriend. If for any reason the partnership between Global Girlfriend and your store is terminated, you will be billed for the fixture ($300 for Slatwall Kiosk, $175 for the Small Kiosk, $80 for the 8-sided Jewelry Tree, $50 for the 4-sided Jewelry Tree) unless it is returned, in good condition, to Global Girlfriend.

Reorders:
Minimum reorder amount is $200.

Shipping:
You will be billed for all shipping costs. Orders are shipped FOB Kent, WA.

Returns:
Damaged and/or missing items must be reported within 7 days of receipt, and will be fully credited. Global Girlfriend stands behind product quality and workmanship. No credit will be given for items that are damaged at your store or location.

Reselling:
Global Girlfriend products may not be sold on another website or to an another store location without written permission from Global Girlfriend.

Authorization is hereby given to Global Girlfriend to submit an inquiry on the above named account in order to make a determination on extending credit terms. If approved, I hereby accept seller's terms of Net 30 Days. I understand that a finance charge of 1.5% per month will be assessed on any unpaid balances exceeding those terms. Upon default of terms and conditions, I agree to pay any collection cost incurred by Global Girlfriend in collection of the account balance, including reasonable attorney fees.
