Resale Certification & Payment

Global Girlfriend requires a copy of your Resale Certificate or equivalent Sales Tax Exemption document prior to shipment. Opening orders are Credit Card only, please provide your credit card number by calling us at 303-730-3680 or faxing us at 303-730-3628. If you would like to apply for Net 30 terms, Please supply us with your credit references. We will check them and let you know if you are approved for Net 30.

Important: You are agreeing to the following terms:

Payment terms:
All opening orders must be pre-paid by credit card only.  Net 30 Day terms are offered to those customers who meet our criteria. Those who do not meet those criteria will remain on credit card terms.

Authorization is hereby given to Global Girlfriend to submit an inquiry on the above named account in order to make a determination on extending credit terms. If approved, I hereby accept seller's terms of Net 30 Days. I understand that a finance charge of 1.5% per month will be assessed on any unpaid balances exceeding those terms. Upon default of terms and conditions, I agree to pay any collection cost incurred by Global Girlfriend in collection of the account balance, including reasonable attorney fees.

Merchandising:
Please leave the descriptive hang tags attached to the products. Please do not put products that are not Global Girlfriend products on the Global Girlfriend display.

Shipping:
You will be billed for all shipping costs. Orders are shipped Allendale, Michigan.  Our shipping rates are posted on our site under “support.”  Shipments will be sent via UPS ground.

Upon special request, we can expedite your order using one of the following methods, for an additional fee:
- Next Day Air - delivered next business day
- Second Day Air - delivered in 2 business days
- Three Day Select - delivered in 3 business days

Returns
At Global Girlfriend, we guarantee all of our products. We will completely refund any merchandise due to manufacturing defects or damage. All claims for returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods by calling or e-mailing your sales rep. No credit will be given for products damaged at your location.
To return merchandise, please contact customer service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA); please do this in advance of shipping the return back to us. We can not process returns with RMAs. Please use a shipping method that provides a tracking number and confirmation of delivery, and keep a copy of these details for your records. Global Girlfriend is not responsible for any lost returns for which customers cannot provide proof of delivery.

Your completed return authorization form must be included in your returned shipment in order for us to process it.

Reselling:
Global Girlfriend products may not be sold on another website or to another store location without written permission from Global Girlfriend.
