The Rene Cerda Workshop, started years ago as part of Comparte in Chile, creates unique products with forged iron and recycled materials. "All of the products are personal creations," says Rene, an artisan who uses his fine handwork skills to create intricate designs with hammers, pliers, and scissors. Whether a reflection of his own ideas and humor, or based on tailored design requests from international markets, he creates each unique product with pride… and a fair wage!
