Comparte was founded in 1988 to improve the lives of economically disadvantaged artisans throughout Chile. As the first entrepreneurial movement of its kind in Latin America, the group works with 400 artisans and exports to 30 countries; inspiring business ventures that have stimulated the economy and kept rich cultural traditions alive. Comparte's work empowers artisans to be self-sufficient and prosperous, which extends to their community and elevates the standard of living for all!
